The UF Health St. Johns mobile outreach clinic offers a tailored, high-impact and affordable healthcare solution, capable of responding dynamically to the community's evolving needs. Our aim is to improve health outcomes and quality of life for people in vulnerable populations by providing clinical care and connections to resources that help advance the physical, social, and economic health of the communities we serve. What to Expect
The UF Health St. Johns Mobile Outreach Clinic has two private exam rooms, a laboratory and waiting area. Some services require preregistration while others do not. Whatever your needs, our clinical and social health teams are committed to protecting your privacy and to surrounding every interaction with the highest level of compassionate care in this comfortable, mobile setting.
