Our aim is to improve health outcomes and quality of life for people in vulnerable populations by providing clinical care and connections to resources that help advance the physical, social, and economic health of the communities we serve. What to Expect

The UF Health St. Johns Mobile Outreach Clinic has two private exam rooms, a laboratory and waiting area. Some services require preregistration while others do not. Whatever your needs, our clinical and social health teams are committed to protecting your privacy and to surrounding every interaction with the highest level of compassionate care in this comfortable, mobile setting.

Hastings Library Health Clinic - Currently Held at the First Baptist in Hastings (9:00 am - 12:00 pm)

Downtown Dining with Dignity - Located near Bridge Street and Granada Street (5:30 pm - 8:30 pm)

Blood Pressure Monitoring Clinics (various times and locations)

  • Hastings COA December 13th, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
  • Trout Creek COA December 16th, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Home Again (11:00 am - 2:00 pm)
